Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order up until it has been dispatched. After that stage we are unable to cancel the order for you but you will have the option of returning the item(s) back to us once it has been received.
If you wish to make a return, please provide Indian Grocery Store with written notice via email to help@grovz.co.uk within 14 working days of receiving the goods. You will not be charged for the cancellation of an order, but will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods, and have duty of care for the goods during the cancellation period.
You will not be entitled to this cancellation period should the item(s) being considered for return be something that deteriorates quickly or has a limited expiration date. These non-refundable goods are defined under the term “perishable food and drink.”
Once we have received the goods we will process your refund back onto the same payment method used at the time of purchase; after your refund has been processed please allow 5 working days for payment to be credited.
In the case where the goods you have received are damaged or defective; please email us at help@grovz.co.uk with an image of the product(s) attached. If the image that you send proves the product to be damaged or under quality, we will refund you the price of the product excluding shipping. We may in certain instances request for the faulty goods to be mailed back to our nominated address before a refund can be processed, in such cases the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of Indian Grocery Store.
For quality control purposes we advise our customers to open and inspect their goods as soon as it is received. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please reach out to our Customer Services Team at help@grovz.co.uk. as soon as possible so that they can work on a solution for you.
