Energy release formula

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and pantothenic acid help to maintain normal energy release; to help maintain energy levels all year round. Omega-H3 also contains vitamins B6 and B12 and iron which contribute to normal red blood cell formation as well as the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

DIRECTIONS

ONE CAPSULE PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL

Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Only to be taken on a full stomach. This comprehensive formula replaces other Omega-H3 multivitamins. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin.
